Peer coaching is a powerful and proven method of increasing performance and achieving positive behavioural change for individual teams.

As a Coach, you are responsible for helping your Coachee to see their strengths and areas for growth more deeply than is possible on their own. Your role is to be both a sounding board and an observer, assisting your Coachee and questions and feedback.

As a Coachee, you are responsible for your own learning and development. You will have your own personal and career goals to which you are working and your own areas of strength and growth you need to work on. What you gain from your coaching is ultimately up to you. Your coach will help you with questions and feedback, but it is you who must come prepared with your development goals and challenges, and commitment to your own development.
