Emphasis on fast response times to all Student and Client communications. Intensive team training ensures we always deliver immediate, accurate and helpful information.
Face-to-face delivery
We still believe that Face-to-Face learning in the workplace delivers the best outcomes for both Students and Employers. Scheduled on-site Trainer visits means training is contextualised to the organisation and the workplace environment.
Adaptive approach
Orion does not believe in a One-size-fits-all approach. Individual training strategies are designed and implemented according to individual Client and Student needs.
Client support
Working closely with Clients and communicating with all team members, the dedicated Client Liaison Manager oversees all training activity to ensure Client requests are prioritised and solutions are implemented in a timely manner.
Systems and Processes
We’re passionate about constantly refining our internal operations. Our Students and Clients can be certain that everything will take place promptly and efficiently from enrolment and the first training visit to issuing of the certificate.
Progression checks (monitoring)
Routine progress tracking to check Student progression and Trainer performance and to identify where more support or adaptive measures may be needed.

Nothing beats personal interaction with a Trainer in the workplace environment. Students benefit from better discussions and feedback and immediate responses to questions and problems. A passionate Trainer ignites the same passion in the Student, which increases the retention of information.
Choice of learning material
Individual learning styles and preferences are supported with a variety of electronic and hardcopy resources to choose from.
Student support
Our dedicated team are focused on developing trusting interactions with Students to guide them through their personal and/or educational challenges.
Progress guidance
Weekly check-ins ensure that no Student is left to struggle through the learning journey alone and helps them to stay on track and focused on their goals.

We understand that commencing or returning to study may be overwhelming or worrying. Even Students who commence full of excitement and motivation need to be continuously stimulated and encouraged to maintain that enthusiasm.
At Orion we promote a culture where all team members understand that they have a role to play and can have a positive impact on a Students educational journey and success.
Our dedicated Student Support team is focused on developing and sustaining a personal connection with each Student from enrolment right through to completion. Knowing each Student by name and making a genuine effort to understand and address individual challenges with sensitivity and care is what makes Orion different from larger training organisations.
We aim to make sure our Students feel like a valued and important part of our training community. Orion’s emphasis on unlimited support is reinforced by encouraging Students to provide feedback in both informal and formal ways throughout their course. This helps us to improve but more importantly lets Students know that their input and experience truly matters.
Our Trainers

- Every Student has a dedicated Trainer assigned to nurture and support them from Induction through to completion and beyond.

- Constant communication is essential for achieving an enjoyable training experience therefore Students and Clients have unlimited contact with the Trainer for the duration of the course.
