Classroom Based Learning
Classroom based learning is structured to have maximum of 20 students per class. This enables face to face training, with trainer and resources readily available at our head office branch based in Yeerongpilly.
One-on-one Delivery
Usually delivered in the workplace, one-on-one training provides for a trainer to conduct training through a series of workplace visits where content is delivered to support learning outcomes. Assessment tasks and research activities are carried out between visits with the completed work sent to the trainer via mail or electronically. Work may also be collected by the trainer at the next visit.
Participants are able to access trainers outside of these sessions via either phone or email. A schedule of visits will be established at the commencement of training so the employers’ organisation can make considerations for work schedules and HR planning.
